Preference will be given to local contractors, with 60% Swazi shareholding, and registered with the Construction Industry Council of Swaziland. Tender documents may be obtained after payment of a non-refundable tender fee of E350.00 to the Eswatini Water and Agricultural Development Enterprise (ESWADE). Documents will be on sale from the 22 nd February 2019, starting at 08:30am to 15:00 pm at the ESWADE Siphofaneni Offices up to the day of a compulsory clarification meeting and site visit with representatives of the Employer which will be held at ESWADE Siphofaneni Offices, LUSIP 1 boardroom.
