Announcement of Offers Request
Ministry of Local Administration and Environment would like to submit a request for offers to supply and provide computer, office and software equipment for the National Environmental Observatory project according to the books of human rights, financial and technical conditions.
Subject to the following:

Bid bond (1500000) SP only one million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds.
Performance Bond: (10%) of the referral value
Period of Commitment of the Bidder and the Bidder to be Presented According to Article (2) of the Legal and Financial Conditions Book
Duration of implementation within a period not exceeding (30)) A calendar day for all RFP terms Delay penalty is one per thousand provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total contract value. Offers can be accepted until 14:00 on Sunday 13/10/2019.
