INVITATION TO BID

The City of Bayawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to bid for the hereunder projects:

2. Carpentry Works (Ceiling, A=163.0m2)

3. Steel Works (Railings for stairwell and balcony)

4. Masonry Works

CHB wall setting = 12.83m2 and Plastering = 74.5m2

5. Doors (2 sets for CRs)

6. Sliding Windows

(1 set 1.21m x 1.23m, SS)

(1 set 2.71m x 1.10m FSSF)

7. Painting Works:

Wall (A=352.0m2) 2 coatings

Ceiling (A=163.0m2)

Angle bars and purlins (A=200.0m2)

8. Tiling Works (second floor)

Bid documents shall be available at the BAC Office, New City Hall, LGU Bayawan City upon payment of prescribed non-refundable fee.

Bidders shall drop their technical and financial proposals in the bid box at the BAC Office, Bayawan City on or before the deadline of submission of bids.

All particulars relative to eligibility process, opening and evaluation of bids, post- qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the applicable provisions of RA. 9184.
