Description : UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) seeks to engage an Institutions that would be interested undertake a qualitative data collection at various levels of the education system related to teacher absenteeism in Guinea-Bissau as per the attached term of References (TORs) in Annex.
Technical and Financial proposals should be forwarded to UNICEF Guinea-Bissau Supply section mail box bissausupply@unicef.org. Hard copies in sealed envelopes could be dropped in the bid box placed in the reception room at the entrance hall of UNICEF, or be sent through courier service.
