This consultation concerns the media communication relating to the programming and animation of the Overseas Pavilion stand, Ministry of Overseas Territories / Overseas Directorate General, for the 2020 edition of the Salon du livre de which is held at the Porte de Versailles, from friday 20 mars to Monday, March 23, 2020 (inaugural evening on Thursday, March 19, 2020). The service provider undertakes to carry out the following missions: 1) Production of video pellets during the signing sessions and during the events scheduled on the stand "Overseas Pavilion"; 2) Conducting interviews video of authors whose names will be communicated by the project team of the Directorate General of Overseas; 3) Preparation of the press kit in connection with the project team of the Overseas Directorate General; 4) Dissemination and information processing of the stand "Overseas Pavilion" MinistOverseas / Overseas Territories on digital media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Internet ...) attached to its media; 5) drawing up a written report of his performance. The permanent presence of a referent of the provider throughout the duration of the show, including duringthe opening night is also required.
