Description:-The Terms And Conditions For Carrying Out The Copyright Supervision During The Construction Will Be Determined By Contract Between The Contracting Authority And The Designer. Author`S Supervision On All Parts Is Obligatory. The Designer Is Responsible For The Design Of The Construction In Fulfillment Of His "Copyright Supervision" Obligationsin Accordance With The Predictions Of The Detailed Development Plan, The Requirements Of Art. In Fulfillment Of His Duties Under "Copyright Supervision" The Designer Has The Right Of Free Access To The Construction Worksthe Documents, The Order Book And The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During Construction. The Designer Is Responsible For All His Actions In The Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During Construction. The Lead Designer Is The Person Who Authored The Leading Design Part Of The Investment Project, Opshared By The Contracting Authority. The Lead Designer Is Responsible And Obliged For The Mutual Coordination And Coordination Of All Parts Of The Investment Project. Controls The Construction Site In Relation To The Quality Of Construction Works And Strict Adherence To The Project. Consultations On Constructionon The Site During The Execution Of The Site. Participated In Meetings And Meetings Related To The Implementation Of The Site. Implemented Assistance In The Selection Of Materials And Contractors For Construction Works. Consultations Carried Out At The Workplace Of The Designers Or By Electronic Meansfor Communication Or On The Spot. Additional Drawings Of Details Made / If Necessary /.
