Tender Details

The subject of the public tender, which is implemented through an open procedure with the conclusion of a framework agreement, is "Implementation of special regular services for pupils at the Center of Janez Levec Ljubljana for a period of four years", ie from 1.9.2019 to 31.8.2023. The object of the public tender for the selection of the contractor public procurementafter the open procedure with the conclusion of the framework agreement, the choice of the contractor for the implementation of special regular services by the pupils of the Center Janez Levec Ljubljana for a period of four years. The carrier will carry out special regular services only to those pupils who are in compliance with Article 56 of the Elementary School Actthey are entitled to free transport from home to school and back. The transport of pupils is carried out by means of personal cars (ie motor vehicles intended for the transport of persons who have not more than eight seats for passengers in addition to the driver`s seat), after the timetable on the day the lesson is delivered. Maximum number of children per individualline is 4. The expected volume of the order is shown in Annex no. 1 to the tender documentation.
