Description:-The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Artistic Realization Of The Theatrical Performance "100% Plovdiv" On The Adaptation Of The Theatrical Production "100% City" Of Rimini Apparat, As Part Of The Program Of Plovdiv - European Capital Of Culture 2019. At The Invitation Of The Municipal Foundation Plovdiv 2019, Rimini Apparat, A Parent Company, Will Prepare A Performance Entitled "100% Plovdiv" - An Exclusive Production Of Adaptation Of The Documentary Stage Production "100% City" For Plovdiv. In The Context Of This Procurement, The Contractor Is A Rimini Apparat Civil Society, Will Provide The Following Specific Services 1. Selection Of Participants In The "100% Plovdiv" Production, Which Activity Includes The Following Sub-Activities 1.1 Preparation Of A Methodology For Selecting 100 Participants In The Production. The Contractor Should Carry Out Statistical Surveys And Demographic Analysis Of The Populationin Plovdiv, On The Basis Of Which To Determine The Selection Criteria For The Participants In The Production. 1.2 The Contractor Should Advise The Plovdiv Municipal Foundation 2019 In The Overall Process Of Selecting Participants In The Production. 1.3 The Contractor Should Perform A Data Analysisthe Questionnaires From The Questionnaires To Be Filled In By The Persons Who Have Expressed An Interest In Participating In The Production And Who Serve As A Basis For The Playwriting Of The Production 2. Creating An Author Script Which Activity Includes The Following Sub-Activities 2.1. Creating A Script For A 100% Plotlook "For An Adaptation Of The Theatrical Production" 100% City ". 2.2 On-Site Work In The City Of Plovdiv In The Period 05 - 20.10.2019, Under The Script And Dramaturgy Of A 100% Plovdiv Theater Performance. 3. Directing 3.1. Directing On-Site, In The Period 05 - 20.10.2019, Of The Performance "100% Plovdiv".4. Set Design 4.1. Developing A Complete Concept And Vision For Set Design, Incl. For Costumes And D?Cor In A 100% Plovdiv Theater Performance, An Adaptation Of The 100% City Theater Production. 5. Technical, Light And Sound Design Of The Performance 5.1. Provision Of Baseline Informationbasic Technical Requirements For The Implementation Of A 100% Theater Production Plovdiv - A Detailed List Of The Necessary Equipment And Requirements For The Hall. 5.2 Consultation On Adapting Local Conditions To The 100% City Format. 5.3.
