Description:-The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Printing Services And Production Of Advertising Materials For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Veliko Turnovo Under 2 Separate Positions Lot # 1 "Printing Services" And Lot # 2 "Designing Advertising Materials". Quantity And Type Ofthe Services Are Determined According To The Given Request, The Needs Of Veliko Turnovo Municipality And Its Structures Respectively. The Awarding Of The Activities For The Implementation Of The Contract For The Lots Will Be Carried Out, With The Relevant Structural Unit Preparing A Request For A Template For The Necessary Items Of The Tenderof The Contractor. After Each Service Is Provided, The Contractor And The Applicant Draw Up And Sign A Protocol Of Acceptance. The Articles Subject To The Service, Together With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority As Regards Their Technical Characteristics, Unit Of Measure And Estimated Quantity For A Period Of Three Yearsare Listed In Annexes 1.1 And 1.2 To The Technical Specification. The Indicated Quantities Are Indicative, Determined On The Basis Of A Previous Period, Therefore The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease Them According To Its Needs.
