The purpose of this consultation is the cold-link delivery of specialized meals. It involves the production and regular delivery of all meals and food services prepared in advance according to the "Cold Liaison" procedure intended for the following guests: Lot1: • children in primary schools (kindergarten and elementary); • children and adults having lunch at the leisure center (Wednesdays and school holidays); adults and territorial agents, having lunch in school restaurants; • the pupils and adults of the Jean Moulin college in Croissy-sur-Seine Lot2: • the elderly with meals delivered to their homes The holder, who declares that he knows the places and the types of guests, commits himself general, to perform all the services necessary for the proper functioning of the catering services of the order group of THE CITY, THE CCAS AND THE COLLEGE JEAN MOULIN DE CROISSY SUR SEINE.
