object of the contract : the purpose of this consultation is to experiment with a pam95 access commission (capam95) and a solution to support users in the transport sector. Lot 1: establishment and organization of the pam95 access committee (capam95). Lot 2: implementation of a user support solution for alternative solutions. Place of execution of work, delivery of supplies or provision of services:possibility to submit an offer for: all lots lot information: lot n1: lot 1 - establishment and organization of the pam95 access committee (capam95) without minimum global amountwith a maximum total amount of 70 000 euros excluding tax lot n2: lot 2 - establishment of a user support service for alternative solutions without a minimum global amountwith an overall maximum amount of 20, 000 eurosht main features : the consultation is carried out in the form of an adapted procedure procedure, subject to the provisions of articles r. 2113-1 to -3, r. 2123-1, r. 2123-4 to -6, r. 2131-12 and -13, r. 2162-1 a -6 and r. 2162-13 and -14 of the public order code. It aims at the experimentation of a commission of access to the device pam95 (capam95) and a solution of accompaniment of the users in the transports. The market consists of two technical lots: lot 1: establishment and organization of the pam95 access committee (capam95) and lot 2: implementation of a solution for supporting users towards alternative solutions. The number of lots that can be allocated to the same bidder is limited to 1 lot and this, pursuant to article r. 2113-1 of the code of public order. This contract is concluded, as from its notification, for an initial period of 14 months. It is renewable, tacitly, oncewithin the limit of 6 months. The contracting authority shall negotiate with all candidates who have submitted an unsatisfactory or abnormally low tender. However, it reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of initial offers without negotiation.
