the purpose of this framework agreement is to maintain the operation of the dga em audible announcement system at operational level, and to upgrade it. The present project is subject to the negotiated procedure with prior publicity. In accordance with the provisions of article 42 of order no.2015-899 and articles 21.i.2, 64 to 66 of decree no.2016-361.in application of articles 70 to 72 of decree no.2016-361, this da single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts and purchase orders.

quantity or extent:

the purpose of this framework agreement is to maintain in operational condition, to upgradethe evolution of dga em's audible announcement system. The services will take place on the sites of the island of levant (hyeres) and site of coudon (valletta of var). It is concluded without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1 000 000 euros ttc over 7 years. It is concluded for a period of one year renewable by tacit agreement 6 times.
