The purpose of this consultation is the acquisition, delivery and installation of an ELISA plate processor. The result of this consultation is the conclusion of a framework agreement executed through purchase orders. This framework agreement is single-member. The framework agreement is broken down intoslices and organized as follows: - Firm segment: o Global and lump-sum part: Acquisition, delivery and installation of an ELISA plate processing automaton o Part executed by means of purchase orders: Acquisition of disposable cones for reagents Acquisition of jetablate conesfor samples Acquisition of specific containers for sample dilutions Acquisition of bottles suitable for use - Option: 12-month warranty extension tacitly renewable 3 times in a 12-month period, starting at the end of the warranty period ini12 months (or of the holder if longer). The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum: - the minimum is the global and fixed part of the firm tranche. - the maximum is in amount. The framework agreement can not exceed 90 K € HT.
