Description:-The Public Procurement Is For The Provision Of Insurance Protection Of The Interests Of The Client, By Assuming The Risk Of Occurrence Of Insurance Events, In Accordance With The Terms Of This Documentation. The Subject Of This Procurement Is Not Divided Into Lots. The Subject Of The Orderit Is A Compulsory Occupational Accident Insurance Service For The Staff Of A Company With Risk Professions In The Third Risk Class And It Is Not Possible To Separate Parts Of It Into Separate Positions. The Execution Of The Order Shall Be In Full Compliance With The Approved By The Contracting Authoritythe Specification, The Current Insurance Code, The Implementing Regulations, And The Public Procurement Law And Implementing Regulations.
