Objectives of this tender are to have in place a firewall and network support contract to support existing hardware which reaches end of life in 2022. The support period has ended on the checkpoint firewalls and needs to be renewed for 3 years. Both the network hardware and the firewall hardware are fit for purpose and reach end of life at the same time. nO hardware procurement is necessary. A separate vendor is used for the buying of network hardware and 2nd line support on our call manager phone system and cisco unity voicemail system.
