Abstract: The aims of this commissioned work, which will be undertaken from January 2019 March 2019, is to;1. Examine the contribution of Volunteering Wales Grants (VWG) and Youth Led Grants (YLG) funded projects to Government priorities and the stated purpose of the Welsh Government's Volunteering Policy (2015) in order to better understand how future projects could be better developed and designed.2. Map the range and suitability of methods and tools used by VWG and YLGfunded projects (and alternatives) to measure impact in relation to government priorities and make recommendations for future use of methods and tools3. Develop and deliver training on how to measure impact for VWG and YLG recipients based on the refined Theory of Change from stage 1 and training on suitable methodology and tools from the recommendations of methods and tools identified in stage 2.
