The nore vision is a catchment-wide, broad-based and long-term initiative focused on developing a sustainable approach to balance and optimise the environmental, recreational and enterprise-support of the river nore's waters and catchment region. The overall nore vision project is envisaged as a 'generational' initiative; the rft is designed to kick-start the process by focusing on community engagement, joint actions and development of appropriate reporting and governance systems. There are six actions of this rft comprising: action 1 - citizen science development & training action 2 oral history training & implementation action 3 catchment-wide litter pick action 4 - catchment-wide invasive alien species (ias) removal action 5 upland community development & planning action 6 - collaborative, catchment-based governance framework & working each of the actions comprises a lot (#1 to 6) in the rft. In addition a lot (#7) is available for tender to cover the coordination and project management of the other actions. Parties can tender for one or more lots.
