object of the contract : the framework agreement covers: - for batch no1 "viennese pastries": breakfasts, coffee breaks and tea parties ..- for lot no2 "lunches, dinners, cocktails and buffets - ready to eat": meal trays and sandwiches, seated meals and lunches / dinners, cocktails and buffets, seated or standing. The products should preferably be fresh, it will however be tolerated the use of frozen food. Place of execution of work, delivery fsupplies or services: possibility of presenting an offer for: all lots information about lots: lot n1: pastries the `viennoiseries` package concerns the supply, delivery and packaging of breakfasts, coffee breaks and snacks. Lot n2: breakfasts, dinners, cocktails and drinksfets - ready to eat lot 2 concerns the supply, delivery and packaging for breakfasts, dinners, cocktails and buffets - ready-to-eat meals ": meal trays and sandwich formulas, sit-down meals and breakfasts / dinners, cocktails and buffets sit or stand products should preferably be fresh, however use of frozen food will be tolerated. Main features : catering services for all eventsations organized by the municipality quantity or extent: the framework agreement relates to: - for lot no1 "viennoiseries": breakfasts, coffee breaks and snacks- for lot no2 "breakfasts, dinners, cocktails and buffets - ready-to-eat meals": trays- meals and sandwiches, seated meals and lunches / dinners, cocktails and buffets, seated or standing. The products should preferably be fresh, it will however be tolerated the use of frozen food."viennoiserie" of the framework agreement is concluded with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 5, 000 euro (s) before tax. Lot 2 "lunches, dinners, cocktails and buffets - ready meals" of the framework agreement is concluded with a minimum annual amount of 30 000 euro (s) before tax and a maximum annual amount of 65 000 euro (s) ht.le lot # 1 "pastries" is single-award and runs as and when issuing purchase orders.the lot no2 "lunches, dinners, cocktails andbuffets - ready-to-eat meals "is multi-attribute and is allocated to three economic operators subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. It is executed as and when required by subsequent contracts.
