Description:-The Delivery Of Car Tires, Subject Of This Order Includes Delivery Of New Winter, Summer And All-Season Car Tires For Cars And Trucks, Excavators And Other Special Machines For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Kyustendil And The Units Of Budget Support To It - Final Recipients.
The Standard Sizes And Estimated Quantities Of Car Tires Are Specified In The Technical Specification.
The Order Will Be Executed Through Periodic Deliveries In Quantities Determined By Prior Written Requests, In Accordancethe Needs Of The Municipality Of Kyustendil And The Units Of Budget Support To It, In Accordance With The Proposed Offer Of The Participant, Appointed As Contractor.
If Necessary, Car Tires Can Be Ordered Beyond Those Specified In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Has The Right, During The Term Of The Contract, Not To Declare In Full A Given Estimated Quantities, As Well As To Declare Deliveries After Reaching The Indicated Estimated Quantities, Until Reaching The Total Value Of The Contract.
