Comments :-1. The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the execution of work.
2. This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any timet, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
3. The contractor is required to do the work on his own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By submitting an offer (offer) the Contractor guarantees that it is extconscientious taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is missing or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to verify the good faithThe Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent work by the Contractor, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the work, information about the ownershipeither on the right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
