- Scope of land use in this case: refers to the land required for the overall public construction plan approved by the executive authority, including the land required for public construction, ancillary facilities, and ancillary businesses. That is, 5 plots of land at No. 1, 4 (part), No. 8, 9 of Housen Section, Houli District, Taichung City, and No. 258 of Houyi Section, with a total land area of about 144, 893.68 square meters - The scope of private development and operation of subsidiary businesses and the required land use period are allowed: Non-government organizations may develop and operate subsidiary businesses other than their own business on the land used in this case, but they must not violate the key points of land use zoning control in this case. In addition, the construction and operation period of the subsidiary business shall expire at the same time as the construction and operation period of the main business and its subsidiary facilities, regardless of the start date or the way of operation.
