Tenders are invited for Test / Requalification and Painting of Domestic Gas Bottles

Consistency of services
include in particular:
For retesting / requalification of cylinders
The transport of bottles from the TRADEX store to the service provider`s retesting center;
Preliminary work (dismantling the valve, degassing the bottles);
The hydraulic proof test of the bottles according to the manufacturing specifications (30 bars) for 30 minutes;
The control of leaks and deformation of the bottles;
The operating test of the valve;
Checking the tightness of the joint between the valve and the bottle;
Identification, stamping, taring and marking of bottles;
The establishment of retesting or scrapping certificates signed by the competent authorities of the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development (MINMIDT);
The transport of bottles from the service provider`s retesting center to the TRADEX store.
For bottle painting work:
Sandblasting / shot blasting of the bottles;
Applying paint.

The file will be withdrawn from the CMA secretariat upon presentation of a receipt of payment in cash of the non-refundable sum of 100, 000 F CFA (One hundred thousand francs) in the account N ° 06800-33598800001-89, entitled " Special CAS ARMP Account ”, opened with one of the following twelve (12) branches of the International Bank of Cameroon for Savings and Credit (BICEC): Yaoundé-Agence Centrale, Douala-Bonanjo, Buea, Ebolowa, Dschang, Ngaoundéré, Maroua, Limbé, Bafoussam, Bamenda, Garoua and Bertoua.

Provisional bond:
Under penalty of rejection of the offer, each Tenderer must attach to its administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment or a body authorized by the Minister in charge of finance to issue bonds within the framework of the Contracts. Public, in an amount (CFA Francs) of:
Nine hundred thousand (900, 000) FCFA for each lot subscribed in the Yaoundé zone; One hundred and eighty thousand (180, 000) FCFA for the Bafoussam area;
One hundred and twenty thousand (120, 000) FCFA for the Garoua area.
The period of validity of this deposit is one hundred and twenty (120) days from the aforementioned deadline for submitting tenders.
