The project is being bid as a Design-Build contract.The work generally consists of the final design and construction for the expansion of the existing terminal building. The project will serve to improve connectivity between the North and South Concourses, expand passenger queueing space, and provide a larger TSA screening area. The total estimated floor area of the expansion is 35, 000 square feet. A preliminary design and summary report has been completed and is presented in the Bid Documents.
