About the program
The Myanmar Education Quality Improvement Program (My-EQIP) is a joint initiative of the Governments of Myanmar and Australia. My-EQIP will support the Ministry of Education to build a system that collects and analyses data about the quality of education in Myanmar. That data will be used to improve the ministry’s policy development, decision making, and efficient use of increased funding for education.
The goal of My-EQIP is to contribute to more efficient, effective and inclusive service delivery and teaching to improve access, completion, and learning for boys and girls across Myanmar.
About the role
The Learning Development Adviser will work as part of the My-EQIP Support Team, providing assistance to a Ministry of Education appointed Learning and Development Team. You will be responsible for designing programs for professional learning and development within MoE departments responsible for education research, policy, planning, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation.

Remuneration
This is a senior level position and will be remunerated in line with the Australian Government's Adviser Remuneration Framework, Short Term Adviser Daily Rate Tables (http://dfat.gov.au/about-us/publications/Documents/adviser-remuneration-...) and will fall within Discipline Group B, Job Level 4. The remuneration at which the Adviser is engaged will be based on the successful candidate's relevant experience.
