You are invited to submit your proposal for the study of the mechanisms, costs and business model of multistake centersfinancial services (CMSF). Please refer to the following appendices for the preparation of your submission: Annex I: Description of UNDP Requirements Annex II: Terms of Reference (TORs) Annex III: Service Provider Submission Form Annex IV: General Conditions. Annex V: Evaluating CriteriaEvaluation of Technical Offers Tenders may be submitted until Monday, 02 April 2018, at 3:00 pm, N'Djamena time, by sealed mail, in the box located at the security guards / UNDP booth.
