Tenders Are Invited For Long-Term Technical Assistance to the Enhancing Participatory Democracy in Namibia Programme.

Long-Term Technical Assistance to the National Authorising Officer (NAO) / National Planning Commission (NPC) Support Programme
Location - Namibia.

The purpose of the contract is to provide technical assistance and capacity development support to the NAO and NPC in order to; a) contribute to the successful implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of the National Development Plans (NDPs); b) strengthen the National Planning Commission's overall capacity to manage Official Development Assistance (ODA) including the 11th European Development Fund (EDF) and other EU-funded initiatives and; c) strengthen the capacity of the Namibian Statistic Agency (NSA).
