Description : TENDER NOTICETender for Term Contract T20M249 Maintenance Services for Vehicles and Equipment(Tender ref.: PRO/T1239/19/TY)The Airport Authority ("the Authority") is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport ("the Airport").The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the maintenance services for vehicles and equipment. The scope of works includes as-required maintenance, repair and minor works and emergency call out works for vehicles and equipment. The term of the contract is intended to be for 4 years.Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Letter of Invitation which consists of the Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission.This is an open tender governed by the World Trade Organisation Agreement on Government Procurement.The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com to download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission. The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account. Please go to the Authority's ePROS Website to find out how the applicants can register and apply for a Registered Account.A tender briefing and site visit is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on 12 December 2019 at Room 3B, 3/F, HKIA Tower.
