Description: (1) Providing a sample for examination and specifying the sample in terms of (weight - size - size - length - preparation for each package, box, package, or carton) (2) The evaluation is carried out in terms of the best conditions and lowest prices. (3) If the bidder wishes to make any observations regarding the actual technical aspects, it must be fixed in a separate book included in the technical envelope. (4) The items presented in the technical offers must be identified in terms of the variety, its brand and its model (5) The technical examination tests determined by the technical committee (6) Method of implementation and timetable for supply (7) documents indicating its previous experience
Conditions: (1) The tender shall be submitted in two independent envelopes, one for the technical offer and the other for the financial offer, and no later than twelve o'clock noon on Wednesday August 26, 2020 at the hospital headquarters. (2) The purpose of the contract is Supply and installation of furnishings (3) Write the type and contents of each envelope from the outside, the name and address of the company, and the telephones and faxes thereof.
