Description : TENDER NOTICE 1. Sealed quotations are invited from GST/PN registered Firms/Suppliers for supply of goods, services and works which includes memento, souvenirs, stationery items, PCs, establishment of fax, international telephone and internet facilities alongwith equipment, Replica printing of brochure/banners/posters/invitation cards. Refreshment meal (lunch/dinner etc) beautification. Managing different events (covering all aspect and providing all items generally required for conducting receptions/prize distribution ceremonies like Marquee, stage setting, audio system, media wall, chairs, tables complete catering solutions alongwith cutlery/crockery etc) cultural show, hiring of transport for CNS Open Asian Tour Championship 2018. Tender documents can be obtained against payment of Rs.2, 000/- from under mentioned address during working hours from 24 to 29 Aug 18 daily except holidays. Quotations valid for 3 months must reach by 14 Sep 18 till 1100 hrs. Quotations will be opened on same day at 1130 hrs in presence of the suppliers/ Reps. 2. Commandant PNS BAHADUR reserves the rights to reject any or all bids at any time prior to the acceptance.
