Description : The Consultant Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support in planning, designing, and implementing the solar energy projects, including capacity building and training of communities in maintenance and disposal of the systems, materials and equipment installed. The procurement of equipment and materials (supply contracts) and procurement of labour services for the installation (works contracts) will be carried out by UNDP in close collaboration with the Consultant Engineer.
