The primary insurance shall be valid from the date of its submission until after the end of the bid validity period at least (30) days. Financial and technical offer: Kindly kindly provide the participating suppliers with attaching 1- Financial offer, showing the amounts and financial values 2- Technical offer that does not contain any amounts Finance 3- 5% bank guarantee (please send the original guarantee to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation4- Signing and sealing the non-disclosure agreement (attached).
