1. The Government of the Republic of Mali has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to finance the Integrated Development Project of Kita and its surroundings, Phase 2 (PDRIK II).

A part of the sums granted under this loan must be used to make the payments provided for under the contract resulting from this International Call for Tender.

Payments will only be made after the funding agency has approved an application submitted by the Malian State in accordance with the terms and conditions of the financing agreements. These payments will be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of these agreements.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Mali, launches an International Call for Tender for the construction of two agro-business centers in Founia Moribougou and Sebekoro in the Kita district .

3. Work will be carried out in a single lot, including construction of the following buildings per site
• A three-compartment building to serve as a farm input store;
• A building to serve as a warehouse for agricultural equipment and the office of the manager
• A latrine block of two cabins.

4. The period of execution of the work shall not exceed one hundred and twenty (120) days. The period begins to run from the thirtieth day of the date of receipt of the service order to start the work.

5. The area of ??work is the region of Kayes and precisely in the circle of Kita which is located in western Mali. It is limited to the South by the Republic of Guinea, to the east by the region of Koulikoro, to the North by the circle of Diéma and to the West by the circle of Bafoulabe.
