TENDER NOTICE

HAGURUKA NGO is a Non-Governmental Organization established on 16th July 1991 and agreed by the Ministerial Order n°127/05 on 28th of December 1991.Haguruka has mission to defend women and children’s rights using international and national legal frameworks and policies.

In partnership with GIZ, Haguruka is implementing different activities related to Communication strategies for beneficiaries. One of key activities of the main project is to see how beneficiaries, visitors and guests should be attracted through an interesting waiting area in all centers of Haguruka and waiting time could be used for awareness raising through providing information material (for example about women’s rights, Gender Based Violence, land and succession rights).
