The city of mount gambier invites tenders for the provision of landfill gas management services at caroline landfill. The aims and objectives of this tender are:
reducing landfill gas emissions and associated liabilities
maxamising carbon abatement
reducing environmental risk from migration of landfill gas from caroline landfill
beneficial use of captured landfill gas for leachate evaporation, alternative fuel or supply to third parties
to provide revenue sources
the specification is split in to 2 sections:
part a: pumping trial -
part b: lfg collection and utilisation - requires the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of a lfg control system.
