Description of supply: the contractor is to provide temporary modular building for the purpose of supporting the renovation and repairs of bldg 1003 medical building at the air national guard base located at jacksonville, florida.

Provide temporary modular building for the purpose of supporting the renovation and repairs of bldg 1003 medical building at the air national guard base located at jacksonville, florida.

The contractor will furnish and deliver 14 x 60 (5 units) modular units shall be installed and fully operational not later than 01 nov 2018. The modular units shall be configured as two separate facilities consisting as; 2 unit facility and 3 unit facility. The modular building units will be provided complete with access stairs, walkways, interior finishes (ceiling / walls / flooring cover / light fixtures / outlets and receptacles), millwork, rest rooms with holding tanks, potable water connection (primary connection to existing water and sewer preferred), smoke/fire detection, fire extinguishers, private and open offices, communication infrastructure, tie downs, lightning protection, and optional furnishings.

Period of performance is six months base period with 4 six month optional ordering periods. The total orders issued under the contract will not be more than two and a half years.

Proposal requirements: award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the government utilizing lpta.
