Esb energy wishes to engage with specialist energy telesales providers as part of a drive to acquire new customers and meet customer acquisition targets for 2018 and beyond. It is intended to establish a panel of suitably qualified providers who may be invited to participate in tendering for esb energy telesales services requirements as they arise over the three year term on the qualification system.
