Tenders are invited for Telecommunications Equipment and Fiber Optics

The Nigerien Electricity Company has obtained funding from the French Development Agency to cover the cost of the construction of the National Control Center for the national network. It is expected that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments planned for the work and equipment of the National Driving Center.

The Director General of NIGELEC is requesting sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to perform the construction and equipment services of the National Center for the Control of the National Electricity Network divided into two (2) lots below:
• Lot 3A: Telecommunications equipment and fiber optics in the River area
• Lot 3B: Telecommunications equipment and fiber optics in other areas

The evaluation will be done by lot. The allocation will be made by batch or group of batches according to the most advantageous combination for the Customer.

The estimated completion times are:
• 24 months for lot 3A; and
• 24 months for lot 3B.
The deadlines are not cumulative in the event of the award of more than one lot.
A Bidder may submit a bid for one or more markets, as specified in the Call for Tenders Document. A Bidder wishing to offer a discount in the event that several contracts are awarded to him is authorized to do so, but he must indicate these discounts in the Bid Form.
