Assignment Description

The Government of Senegal (GoS) has reached out to IFC to advise on the procurement of a private partner who shall rehabilitate, operate, and maintain government-owned dark fiber network. It is anticipated that IFC will act as a Lead Transaction Advisor to the GoS. IFC`s engagement would encompass due diligence, transaction structuring, and transaction execution. As part of its mandate, IFC will appoint several consultants including a qualified Telecom Management Strategy Consultant to support in undertaking this assignment.

Interested firms should present in no more than 50 pages: (i) their proposed French-speaking teams, (ii) experience in infrastructure audit of telecommunications or broadband, (iii) emerging market experience in telecommunications, (iv) market studies on supply/demand, competitive landscape analysis in telecommunications, and (v) any other experience they may deem relevant to this assignment.
