Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Support for the Burundian Employment and Labor Office (OBEM).

The Government of Burundi has received funding from the African Development Bank Group to cover the cost of the PAPESD Development Strategy Support Project, and intends to use a part of the sums granted under this grant to finance the contract of a consultant in charge of technical support to the Burundian Office of Employment and Manpower (OBEM).

2. The objective of the mission is to support the OBEM through the development and implementation of a Strategic Development Plan with a matrix of actions.

3. The PAPESD Management Unit invites consultants to express their interest in providing the services described above. Interested consultants must produce information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable assignments, etc.).
