Tenders are invited for Performance of a Summary Technical Study with a View to the Development of the Buéa Leisure Park

The main objective of this service is to carry out summary studies for the construction of a Leisure Park in Buea.
Specifically, the consultant will have to perform the following tasks: In terms of infrastructure
Propose the overall development plan for the leisure park including accommodation areas, operating areas, entertainment areas, leisure areas, commercial and administrative areas;
Identify and motivate the points of implantation of the proposed projects or activities;
Offer leisure activities for all segments and categories of the population (children, young people, adults, senior citizens, disabled etc.) according to a concept to be offered;
Produce written documents including the architectural and technical description of these studies on a scale of 1 / 100th or 1 / 200th (the ground plan, the sketches of the plans of the proposed infrastructures and the related technical specifications);
Make an inventory of the site;
Plan their connection to the various networks (integrate topographic surveys, altimetry and planimetry).
In terms of the feasibility of the project
Present the site and its environment;
Take stock of the situation and the prospects for securing the site;
Analyze the methods of transporting visitors to the park;
Identify the main access roads and note their condition;
Highlight the demographic data and the impact of their components on the programming of activities and installations of the Park;

Propose the theme of the project in relation to the environment;

The Invitation to Tender File can be obtained from the Directorate of General Affairs / Sub-Directorate of Budget, Equipment and Maintenance / Public Procurement Service at the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure located at the Rose Building, door 210, 2nd floor, on presentation of the original of a receipt of fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA Francs non-refundable, payable only to the Public Treasury.

Under penalty of rejection, each tenderer must attach to its administrative documents, a bid bond established by a banking establishment or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, d an amount of six hundred thousand (600, 000) CFA Francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
