Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Feasibility Study in Order to Confirm the Availability, Suitability, Viability and the Environmental Sustainability of Land Banks that are Useable for Large Scale Agriculture in Angola.

Main Qualification Criteria for the Firm:
1. A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the agriculture sector, and relevant agribusiness advisory of Angola, proven exposure to land resource use and allocation systems in Angola *
2. Proven exposure to land resource use and land allocation systems in Angola*
3. Provide information showing the Firms relevant track record for this type of assignment as well as information on the qualifications of key staff who will be involved in the assignment *
4. Provide information on the technical capabilities of the Firm to conduct specific industry assessments and to elaborate Business Plans; and provide examples of similar assignments completed in the last 10 years *
5. Provide information on demonstrated knowledge of the local market and experience in assessing greenfield grain production and related companies in Angola *
6. Provide demonstrable knowledge on the local economic and political environment including national grain production policies*
