Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Emergency Procedure for the Technical Control and the Supervision of the Works of Maintenance of the Ways of Access and the Reconstruction of the Definitive Bridge over the Mahe River at Pk 17 + 00 of the Yabassi Nkondjock Road Section, in the Nkam Department, Littoral Region.

Bid Bond: CFA 1, 000, 000/-.

2. Consistency of the services
The other party under the contract must:
Supervise the execution of the works; Provide technical and geotechnical control of the implementation of the works;
Propose the signature of the Service Manager of the Service Order Order necessary for the proper execution of the work;
Ensure quality assurance and enforcement of environmental protection measures;
Ensure the preparation of the proofing plans. The incumbent`s services are defined in more detail in the Terms of Reference.

3. Delivery time
The duration of performance of the services is fifteen (15) calendar months, the mobilization being a function of the actual duration of the work.

The services subject to this call for tender are financed by the MINEPAT Budget, Imputation: BIP MINEPAT: 94 709 04 110000 2021 for the financial year 2019; BEEP MINTP for fiscal year 2020.
