Description : The purpose of the assignment is to assist Mulonga Water Supply and Sanitation Company Ltd (MWSC) to smoothly continue with the Zambian Water and Sanitation Project (ZWSP) implementation and achieve the overall project objective. In particular, to ensure that by the end of project MWSC has:

1) strengthened contract and programme management capability, processes and procedures;

2) strengthened compliance with environmental and social management best practice that meets Zambian and the financier-s standards for ZWSP-s components whilst further building capability;

3) been supported with the provision of timely and accurate reporting through the existing PMO.
