Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Technical Assistance Services to the Binational Cooperation programme in favour of Dominican-Haitian relations.

7. Contract description
The contract will pursue three main objectives, namely: 1) Provision of short-term assistance, studies or fora on strategic binational issues (including complementary studies for Trade and Environment sectors), mobilized on request of one or both government(s); 2) Reinforce coordination and monitoring mechanisms (including follow-up of indicators) of the three components of the programme in order to ensure coherence of the whole intervention; and, 3) Ensure global visibility of the programme as well as management and design of communication and visibility products. Building on the binational communication strategy defined at the 10th EDF programme, the TA will exploit its main products (including its graphic line) and create new ones (i.e. videos, short films, media tours, spots on radio, television and social networks in both countries).
