Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Technical Assistance to the local Dialogue Platform & Capacity Building to Union of Municipalities.

Indicative budget EUR 850, 000.

The Contracting Authority envisages setting up a local dialogue platform along the Litani River Basin, bringing together municipalities of the basin in order to identify in a participatory way the common priorities to be advocated for at the central level. The Contracting Authority will, as well, provide capacity building programs to around nine (9) Unions of Municipalities (UOMs) in the River Basin. The scope of this contract includes the provision of technical assistance to the local dialogue platform through providing expertise in planning, advocacy, networking, environment etc… It also includes the implementation of capacity building programs to Union of Municipalities and Litani River Authority in fields such as planning, environmental management, financial management…etc.
