7. Contract description
Technical assistance and capacity-building in the regulatory, policy and/or process reforms to improve the business and investment climate in Ethiopia. Support to the Public-Private dialogue and to potential investors (e.g. promotion of European Investment Plan (EIP) de- risking instruments).
Establishment and/or modernisation, upscaling and automation of selected critical business services (e-government service provision) including capacity-building, on the job and post-system automation implementation supports (for the e-government systems implemented).
