Requirement:
1 Company Profile; registered address(s), official/functional emails, telephone numbers and point of contact for the company
2 Evidence of legal registration document of the company (CAC, FORM C07 and FORM C02)
3 Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
4 Evidence of Financial Capacity (mod recent audited account)
5 Evidence of valid Practicing License issued by the relevant professional body(ies)
6 Bank Reference Letter duly addressed to AHNI Procurement Committee
7 Evidence of provision of tax consultancy services for reputable organizations preferable NGOs of similar scope and complexity within the last 3 years: Bidders must provide copy(les) of Awards Letters and/or Contracts
8 Financial Quotation and required Commercial Terms using the Schedule of Fee Section of the SOW
