7. Contract description
With the purpose of addressing challenges in the Tanzanian Public Investment Management system, the Ministry of Finance and Planning in partnership with the EU is planning to conduct a three-year Public Investment Management Capacity Building Program. The program will support Tanzania in establishing an integrated institutional PIM framework, strengthen the skills capacity of 20 identified PIM institutions, and develop and implement an integrated PIM Information System.
