Expression of Interest are invited for TA to REGA on Supporting Real Estate Policy Making and Evaluation.


This assignment will have a strong track record of global experience and demonstrated capacity in

Training governments on monitoring and evaluation
Measuring and evaluating real estate policies and programs.
The Consultant will be a key member of the World Bank team and be responsible for delivering a series of trainings to senior and middle-managers of the Real Estate General Authority of the KSA. The training series will build on an introductory M&E training course that the World Bank team will deliver to REGA to raise the M&E awareness of the participating officials and to help them understand the fundamentals of M&E. The selected team for this assignment will be responsible for the following deliverables:

Activity 1: Needs Assessment of the intended regulatory initiatives to be evaluated to determine the main M&E questions
Activity 2: Intermediate M&E Training course
Activity 3: Advanced M&E Training course
Activity 4: Handson advice and technical assistance towards improve
