This is a unique clinical program devoted to improving safety of medication prescribing in older veterans with polypharmacy, or multiple medications. These videos will be used to increase wider implementation of the IMPROVE clinical model to other Department of Veterans Affairs sites. Scope of Work: Contractor will design produce the video in two parts: 2 - 3 minute (Video 1) introduction to the IMPROVE Clinic; and 8 - 10 minute (Video 2) overview of the clinic and how it works.
